1. What is required to install the app on my child's device?

One-time physical access to the target device is required to install the app. Also, you need to purchase a license to activate the full service.

2. Can I monitor my kid's data from my own device?

I'm afraid that our product now doesn't support this service. It allows you to view all the information on your own computer rather than the device.

3. What if the data is not updated?

Please make sure that the target phone is powered on with internet connection. Also the KidsGuard Pro App shall be active on the device.

4. Can I install the application remotely?

I'm afraid that you need to have one-time physical access to the target device to install the application.

5. Will there be a product icon on the target device?

Yes. There will appear an app icon on the target device after the installation process.
