1. Is my credit card information safe on your website?

Rest assured, all your data privacy including the payment details are certainly safe on our website. We will never have access to your privacy.


2. I don't receive any email for installation after purchasing your software, what can I do?

It usually takes about several minutes to send the installation email to your email address. If you don't receive the email within 24 hours after the purchase, we recommend you to contact our customer service.


3. I purchased KidsGuard Pro within the trial period, but it still shows the trial period on my account, why is that?

Please make sure the email address for purchasing the product is the same as the one you're using to sign up. If not, please contact our customer service to transfer your purchase.


4. I purchased KidsGuard Pro after the account expires, but it still shows expired on my account, why?

Please make sure the email address for purchasing the product is the same as the one you're using to sign up. If not, please contact our customer service to transfer your purchase.


5. What should I do if my account is about to expire and I want to renew my subscription?

If the auto-renew function of your account is enabled, we will automatically renew the corresponding plan when it expires. If not, you need to renew your subscription manually. Just login to the online dashboard and click “Extend Subscription”, then select a plan to continue.


6. Will my subscription be auto-renewed?

ClevGuard gives you the right to renew or cancel the subscription by yourself.


7. Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can. Just select the subscription plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to during the renewal and purchase process. Noted: please make sure the auto-renew function of your account is turned off, or that may cause twice deduction. If you are not sure how to do that, just contact our customer service for help.


8. How do I cancel my subscription plan?

If you have binded your account, you can cancel the subscription from the Settings on the online dashboard and click ‘Cancel Subscription’. If not, please contact our customer service to cancel it for you.
