1. Do I need to register an account before using?

Yes. You need your own member account when binding a device.

2. What payment methods are available on your website?

We accept most payment methods, including PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc.

3. Is my credit card information safe on your website?

Rest assured, all your data privacy including the payment details are certainly safe on our website. We will never have access to your privacy.

4. How many devices does one license cover?

KidsGuard Pro supports licenses for multiple devices. You can choose to purchase licenses for 1-20 devices according to your needs. Other products currently only support the purchase of a license for one device. You can add target devices by purchasing multiple licenses.

5. Can I monitor different devices using only one account?

Yes, each account does not limit the number of licenses purchased for each product, so each product supports monitoring multiple devices at the same time. KidsGuard Pro supports licenses for multiple devices. You can choose to purchase a package for 1-20 devices based on your needs. Other products currently only support licenses for one device. You can add target devices by purchasing multiple licenses.

6. Can I change my monitored devices without any cost?

Yes, each product supports switching bound devices at will based on the total number of devices available during the subscription period. At the same time, the information of unbound devices will be retained for you for a period of time, allowing you to easily switch back to the previously-bound devices.

7. Is there a free trial for KidsGuard or KidsGuard Pro?

No, there is no free trial, but the free demo is provided for you to experience the product without any cost.

8. Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with your product?

Yes. You absolutely have the right to request for a refund if you have technical problems of our product within 30 days. For more details and restrictions on refund policy, please visit our Refund Policy page.

9. Will my plan be auto-renewed?

To prevent from causing continual product usage problems because of unsubscribing, ClevGuard provides an auto-subscription for you. But you can cancel it at any time though entering “My Product” page, selecting the product you have purchased and clicking "View Benefits".

1. I don't receive any email after purchasing your product, what can I do?

Normally, your account email address (or the email address filled in when purchasing) will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes after purchasing the product successfully. If you do not receive an email, please check the email address you entered when you purchased, or contact our customer service for help.

2. What should I do if my sign up email is inconsistent with my purchase email?

If the email address you filled in when purchasing is valid, we will automatically register the email address and generate a random password, which will be sent to the email address together with the purchase confirmation information. You can change the password later. If you still want to use your self-registered email address, please contact customer service to handle it for you.

3. What should I do if my benefit is about to expire and I want to renew my subscription?

The auto-renewal is enabled when you purchsed a product. If you have manually canceled the automatic subscription, you can click on "Renew" button of the benefit to turn on auto-renewal. If you do not perform any operation but the benefits are automatically unsubscribed, please re-purchase the product after expiration instead of renewing to ensure that the benefits are automatically subscribed.

4. I have purchased/renewed but my benefit still shows expired, why?

First, only by clicking "Renew" can your benefit be automatically subscribed. If you purchase a product, you will get a new benefit. If your renewal is successful, you will receive a confirmation email, please wait patiently for the system to process your order. If it keeps showing that the benefit has expired, please contact our customer service to handle it for you.

5. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Currently we only support upgrading your plan or device quantity by purchasing a new license.

6. What if I have a repeat purchase for the same product accidentally?

Please contact our customer service to deal with it.

7. What if I bought a wrong product?

If you purchase a product wrongly, please contact our customer service first to help you solve the problem.

8. What should I do If I want to monitor another device at the same time?

KidsGuard Pro supports multi-device plans. For other products, you have to purchase a new license to add the new device.

9. Can I get a refund?

We have 30-day money back gurantee in accordance with the refund policy. If you comply with our refund policy, contact our customer service within 30 days and we will handle it for you.

10. How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Please log in to the member center > "My Product", select the products you have purchased. Click "View Benefits", choose the benefits to be unsubscribed and click "Cancel Subscription".

11. How to add another device for KidsGuard or KidsGuard Pro?

KidsGuard currently only supports binding 3 devices within one plan. If you need to monitor more devices, you can switch accounts and purchase the plan again.
KidsGuard Pro has various plans for 1-20 devices. You can purchase different plans according to your needs.

12. The target is switching Android from iPhone/iPhone from Android, what can I do?

KidsGuard Pro can switch between Android, iPhone and iCloud monitoring as it does not limit the device type. Similarly, KidsGuard for WhatsApp can also switch between Android or iPhone monitoring within the available devices. Other products currently only support Android monitoring solutions, and Monivisor only supports Windows monitoring.

13. What is the difference between purchasing a new plan and purchasing added-value service?

Purchasing a new plan allows you to add more devices monitored while purchasing added-value service provides more services or features. KidsGuard Pro supports purchasing new plans to retain unbound/invalid device data.

14. How can I do that if I want to change my plan to a one month, three month, or one year plan?

You need to cancel the auto-renewal for your current plan first and purchase a new plan you want to get when your current plan expires. After the original plan expires, the device will be automatically unbound. Select your device in the device management column after you purchase a new plan and click Bind. The device will be activated directly and you don't have to complete the binding process again.

15. How can I do that if I want to change my payment method?

Visit member center > My Product, select the product purchased and click View Benefits. Click Cancel Subscription next to the benefit you'd like to unsubscribe. After cancelling the susbcription for your existing order that you want to change the payment method, you could renew your plan with a new payment method manually at your end.
